Set the Instant Pot to Sauté mode and heat the ghee or oil.

Ingredients (for 4 servings)

  • 1 tsp โ€” cumin seeds
  • 1 whole โ€” green chili, finely diced
  • 1 cup โ€” white onion, diced
  • 1 tsp โ€” fresh ginger, grated
