Vegan Tomato Pasta Soup

If using fresh tomatoes, roast them at 400 degrees F about 30 minutes, then peel; skip if using canned.

  • 2 tbsp โ€” Tomato Paste
  • 3 cup โ€” Vegetable Broth
  • 7 oz โ€” Dry Pasta
  • ¼ cup โ€” Dairy-Free Heavy Cream
  • 1 tbsp โ€” Vegan Parmesan
  • 1 handful โ€” Fresh Basil
  • 1 pinch โ€” Red Pepper Flakes
