Chop the potato into 1-inch pieces and add to a medium pot with the canned chickpeas, cover with water, add a little salt, bring to a boil, and simmer covered over low-medium heat for around 15 minutes; then drain and transfer the potatoes and chickpeas to a blender.

  • 3 tbsp โ€” cashew butter
  • 1 cup โ€” dry white wine

  • 3 tbsp โ€” nutritional yeast flakes
  • 2½ tbsp โ€” tapioca starch
  • 1 tsp โ€” salt
  • 1 tsp โ€” onion powder
  • 1 whole โ€” bread cubes
  • 1 whole โ€” steamed veggies
  • 1 whole โ€” mushrooms
