Soak the cashews in water for 2 hours or pour boiling water over them, cover, let them soak for about 20 minutes, then drain them.

  • ½ tsp โ€” salt
  • ½ tsp โ€” black pepper
  • ¼ tsp โ€” red pepper flakes
  • ¼ tsp โ€” Cardamom
  • 1 can โ€” tomatoes
  • ⅓ cup โ€” Cilantro
  • 5 cup โ€” vegetables
  • 5 cup โ€” brown basmati rice
